This module defines how stereotyping and prejudice create barriers and shows you ways to break down these barriers through greater understanding, acceptance and respect for cultural differences.
This module will review the 10 principles that are recognized by leadership experts around the world as contributing to effective communication. These principles will help you become a better global communicator.
This module will provide you with additional cross cultural communication tips and techniques as well as providing you an opportunity to practice these techniques in hospitality scenarios.
This module will teach you how to effectively manage conflict in a multicultural workplace through problem solving activities and feedback.
